About the Role
We are hiring a Technical Artist to bridge art and engineering — building shaders, optimizing rendering pipelines, creating procedural tools, and ensuring art assets perform well in-engine.
What You'll Do
- Create and optimize shaders and materials in Unreal Engine
- Build procedural tools and content generation systems
- Optimize rendering performance and art asset pipelines
- Develop Houdini or Blender tools for procedural workflows
- Debug and resolve art-related technical issues
- Define and document art pipeline standards
What We're Looking For
- Strong understanding of real-time rendering and shader programming
- Experience with Unreal Engine's material editor
- Scripting skills (Python, MEL, or Blueprints)
- Knowledge of PBR workflows and lighting
- Ability to communicate with both artists and programmers
