About the Role
We are hiring a 3D Artist to create stunning characters, environments, props, and assets for our game projects. You will work with PBR workflows and optimize assets for real-time rendering in Unreal Engine 5.
What You'll Do
- Model, sculpt, and texture 3D characters, environments, and props
- Create game-ready assets optimized for real-time rendering
- Work with PBR materials and Substance Painter workflows
- Collaborate with concept artists and art directors on visual style
- Set up assets in Unreal Engine with proper LODs and materials
- Follow and help define art pipelines and naming conventions
What We're Looking For
- Strong portfolio demonstrating 3D modeling and texturing skills
- Proficiency in Blender, Maya, or 3ds Max
- Experience with ZBrush for high-poly sculpting
- Knowledge of Substance Painter / Substance Designer
- Understanding of game art optimization (polycount, texture budgets, LODs)
- Eye for detail, composition, and visual storytelling
Nice to Have
- Experience with Unreal Engine asset pipeline
- Knowledge of rigging basics
- Environment art or hard-surface modeling specialization
- ArtStation or portfolio with game-ready assets
